The invention provides a system state control and implementation method for an airplane fatigue test. The method comprises the steps of: adjusting and confirming an aileron/horizontal tail/rudder control system to be in a neutral state after confirming that the aileron/horizontal tail/rudder control system components and the supporting pieces thereof on a fatigue testing machine meet the matchingdelivery requirements of the whole aircraft main control system fatigue test, and installing an aileron/horizontal tail booster, a rudder composite steering engine, an aileron/horizontal tail steeringengine, an aileron/horizontal tail/rudder adjusting piece effect mechanism, a foot brake rocker arm fixing part, and booster/composite steering engine load simulator related fake parts; and confirming that the aileron/horizontal tail/rudder control system can be normally controlled by a manual control stick false piece and left and right pedals.
