The invention provides a dual-redundancy aircraft canopy breaking system. The dual-redundancy aircraft canopy breaking system mainly comprises a linkage percussion device (1), a detonation connectingbase (2), a three-way connector (3), a cutting assembly (4), an explosion propagation assembly (5) and the like. The cutting assembly (4) is composed of a cutting cable (41) and a rubber sheath (42),the cutting assembly (4) is arranged on a transparent part in a shape like a Chinese character 'ri', two detonation points are arranged, and the cutting assembly is detonated through the detonation connecting base (2). The front arc frame and the rear arc frame of the cutting assembly (4) shaped like the Chinese character 'ri' are each provided with a three-way connector (3), each three-way connector (3) is composed of a three-way explosion propagation pipe (31), an explosion expansion pipe (32) and an explosion initiation fixing base (33), and the three-way connector (3) are fixed through anexplosion initiation fixing bases (33). According to the designed dual-redundancy aircraft canopy breaking system, the reliability of the system is improved through the dual-redundancy design, namelythe mode of dual-way explosion propagation and dual-way hatch cover glass cutting.

    本发明提供一种双余度的飞机座舱盖破裂系统,主要包括联动击发器(1)、起爆连接座(2)、三通接头(3)、切割组件(4)和传爆组件(5)等。切割组件(4)由切割索(41)和橡胶护套(42)组成,切割组件(4)在透明件上布置形式为“日”字形,并设置了两路起爆点,通过起爆连接座(2)引爆切割组件;在“日”字型切割组件(4)的前、后弧框各设置一个三通接头(3),三通接头(3)由三通传爆管(31)、扩爆管(32)和起爆固定座(33)组成,三通接头(3)通过起爆固定座(33)固定。所设计的双余度的飞机座舱盖破裂系统通过双余度设计,即双路传爆、双路切割舱盖玻璃的方式,提高了系统的可靠性。
