The invention discloses a dual-redundancy electric propulsion system of an electric aircraft and a control method of the dual-redundancy electric propulsion system of the electric aircraft, the dual-redundancy electric propulsion system of the electric aircraft comprises two control channels, one control channel performs closed-loop control on the rotating speed of a dual-redundancy motor, and the other control channel performs closed-loop control on the rotating speed of the dual-redundancy motor; one control channel performs closed-loop control on the torque of the dual-redundancy motor according to the actual torque information output by the other control channel, so that the current balance of the first motor controller and the second motor controller is realized; and the motor controller in the fault channel blocks the PWM pulse output of the three-phase winding, so that the fault channel exits from the power grid, and the motor controller in the non-fault channel controls the rotating speed of the dual-redundancy motor. According to the dual-redundancy electric propulsion system of the electric aircraft and the control method of the dual-redundancy electric propulsion system, the safety and reliability of the electric propulsion system can be improved, the power levels of a motor and a motor controller power device are reduced, selection of the power device is facilitated, and design of a power transmission and distribution system is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种电动飞机的双余度电推进系统及其控制方法,所述电动飞机的双余度电推进系统包括两个控制通道,一个控制通道对双余度电动机进行转速的闭环控制,一个控制通道根据另一通道输出的实际转矩信息对双余度电动机进行转矩的闭环控制,进而实现第一电机控制器和第二电机控制器的电流均衡,当任一控制通道发生故障时,故障通道中电机控制器封锁对三相绕组的PWM脉冲输出、使故障通道退出电网、非故障通道中的电机控制器对双余度电动机的转速进行控制。该电动飞机的双余度电推进系统及其控制方法,可提高电推进系统安全性及可靠性,降低电动机及电机控制器功率器件的功率等级,有利于功率器件的选取,有利于输配电系统的设计。
