The invention discloses a control method of an electric vehicle hill-holding system. A control instruction is sent by a motor controller (MCU), the motor controller at least comprises two working modes, namely a torque mode and a hill-holding mode, and mode switching can be achieved between the two working modes. During mode switching, the initial torque of the current mode inherits the last output torque of the previous mode; switching to a hill-holding mode; and calculating a rotating speed difference value and a rotating speed acceleration between the target rotating speed and the motor rotating speed at the current moment by utilizing the motor rotating speed obtained in real time, obtaining a hill-holding torque through a hill-holding PI parameter adaptive algorithm, and realizing smooth switching between a hill-holding time control mode, a hill-holding frequency control mode, a hill-holding mode and other modes in the hill-holding process. By means of the method, the vehicle canrun more safely in the hill-holding mode, stability is better, the method has higher adaptability to the whole vehicle under the conditions of different loads and gradients, the obtained hill-holdingtorque is more accurate, the dynamic response force is high, and the hill-sliding distance is shorter.

    本发明公开一种电动汽车驻坡系统的控制方法。由电机控制器(MCU)发出控制指令,电机控制器至少包含两种工作模式:扭矩模式和驻坡模式,两种工作之间能够实现模式切换;在模式切换时,当前模式的初始扭矩将继承前一模式的最后一次输出转矩;在切换到驻坡模式时,利用实时获取的电机转速,计算目标转速与当前时刻的电机转速之间的转速差值及转速加速度,通过驻坡PI参数自适应算法得到驻坡转矩,驻坡过程中,实现驻坡时间控制、驻坡次数控制、驻坡模式与其他模式的平顺切换。使车辆在驻坡模式下运行更加安全,稳定性更好,对整车在不同负载、坡度情况下具有更强的适应力,获得的驻坡扭矩更精准,动态响应力强,溜坡距离更短。
