The invention discloses a power battery automatic equalization system and method and an electric vehicle. The system comprises a charging/discharging port, a plurality of groups of logic single batteries, a switching device assembly, a positive electrode equalization bus, a negative electrode equalization bus and a controller, the plurality of groups of logic single batteries are connected in series to form a queue; the switching device assembly is connected into the queue; the controller is connected with the switching device assembly; the switching device assembly is controlled to be poweredon or off; andwhen the switching device assembly is powered on, each logic single battery is connected in series with the charging/discharging port. When the switching device assembly is in power failure, the positive electrode and the negative electrode of each logic single battery are respectively connected with the positive electrode equalization bus and the negative electrode equalization busin parallel. The problems of narrowing of charging and discharging windows and insufficient endurance mileage of the pure electric vehicle due to inconsistent voltage of each string of logic single bodies in the power battery system are eliminated, a BMS active or passive equalization function is canceled, and the BMS design and development threshold, the production cost and the equalization control logic design difficulty are reduced.
本发明公开了一种动力电池自动均衡系统、方法及电动车,包括充/放电端口、多组逻辑单体电池、开关器件组件、正极均衡总线、负极均衡总线、控制器,多组逻辑单体电池按串联的方式连接成队列,开关器组件连接于队列内,控制器与开关件组件连接,控制开关器组件上电或断电,开关器组件上电时各逻辑单体电池与充/放电端口形成串联连接,开关器组件断电时,各逻辑单体电池的正极、负极分别与正极均衡总线、负极均衡总线并联连接,消除因动力电池系统内部各串逻辑单体的电压不一致导致充、放电窗口变窄,纯电动汽车续航里程不足的问题,且取消BMS主动或被动均衡功能,降低BMS设计开发门槛、生产成本和均衡控制逻辑设计难度。
