The embodiment of the invention provides an aluminum alloy upper control arm mounting structure. The device comprises an upper control arm mounting support, the upper control arm mounting support comprises a first support leg and a second support leg; the first supporting leg comprises two supporting walls which extend in parallel, and the two supporting walls are provided with matched assemblingholes so that the first end of the upper control arm can penetrate through the two assembling holes and the upper control arm through fixing bolts when extending into the position between the two supporting walls of the first supporting leg, and the first ends of the two supporting walls can be fixed. The second supporting leg comprises two supporting walls which extend in parallel, and the two supporting walls are provided with matched assembling holes so that the second end of the upper control arm can penetrate through the two assembling holes and the upper control arm through fixing boltswhen extending into the position between the two supporting walls of the second supporting leg, and the second ends of the two supporting walls can be fixed. According to the scheme, the aluminum alloy upper control arm and the aluminum alloy frame can be stably assembled together through the upper control arm mounting support.

    本发明的实施例提供一种铝合金上控制臂安装结构,包括上控制臂安装支架,上控制臂安装支架包括第一支脚和第二支脚,第一支脚包括两个相互平行延伸的支撑壁,且两个支撑壁上设有相适配的装配孔以使上控制臂的第一端伸入到第一支脚的两个支撑壁之间时通过固定螺栓穿过两个装配孔和上控制臂,以固定两个支撑壁的第一端;其中第二支脚包括两个相互平行延伸的支撑壁,且两个支撑壁上设有相适配的装配孔以使上控制臂的第二端伸入到第二支脚的两个支撑壁之间时通过固定螺栓穿过两个装配孔和上控制臂,以固定两个支撑壁的第二端。上述方案使得铝合金上控制臂和铝合金车架能够通过上控制臂安装支架稳定的装配在一起。
