The invention discloses a permanent magnet synchronous coupler for a switch machine, and belongs to the technical field of railway switch machines. The permanent magnet synchronous coupler for the switch machine comprises an outer rotor part, an inner rotor part and a supporting bearing. The outer rotor part comprises a shell with an outer gear, a left end cover flange, a right end cover flange, an outer ring permanent magnet and a permanent magnet check ring. The inner rotor part comprises a slotted nut, an inner ring permanent magnet, an inner ring permanent magnet check ring, an output shaft and a slotted compression nut. According to the coupler, torque transmission is achieved through the magnetic force effect, and the defects that friction plates of a friction coupler are bonded andabraded do not exist. Rated transmission torque is adjusted by changing the relative positions of the inner-ring permanent magnet and the outer-ring permanent magnet, the axial staggered distance of the inner-ring permanent magnet and the outer-ring permanent magnet is linear with the rated transmission torque, and operation is simple. No pressing spring is arranged inside, the number of parts issmall, the structure is simple, and reliability is high.

    本发明公开了一种转辙机用永磁同步联结器,属于铁路转辙机技术领域。该转辙机用永磁同步联结器包括外转子部分、内转子部分、支撑轴承。外转子部分包括带有外齿轮的壳体、左端盖法兰、右端盖法兰、外圈永磁体、永磁体挡圈。内转子部分包括开槽螺母、内圈永磁体、内圈永磁体挡圈、输出轴、开槽压紧螺母。该联结器通过磁力作用实现力矩的传递不存在摩擦联结器摩擦片黏结、磨损等缺点。采用改变内外圈永磁体相对位置方式调节额定传递力矩,内外圈永磁体轴向错开距离与额定传输力矩呈线性,操作简单。内部没有压紧弹簧,零件数量较少,结构简单、可靠性高。
