The multi-stage speed reducer comprises a flexible hoisting container, wherein guide rollers are arranged on the left side and the right side of the flexible hoisting container, guide rails matched with the guide rollersare arranged on the left side and the right side of a vertical shaft, and the guide rollers are arranged on the guide rails in a rolling mode; and front and rear symmetrical speed reducers are arranged on the front and rear sides of the flexible hoisting container, the plurality of speed reducers are arranged in the ascending and descending direction of the flexible hoisting container, and the braking torque of the speed reducers at the upper side is smaller than that of the speed reducers at the lower side. According to the multi-stage speed reducer for the vertical shaft flexible hoisting container, multi-stage speed reducing braking is adopted, so that tensile stress or compressive stress generated on the flexible hoisting container due to single use of upper disc braking or lower discbraking is avoided; and the multi-stage speed reducing braking force is decreased progressively from top to bottom, and the balance between the overall inertia pressure and pulling force of the flexible hoisting container is maintained so that the perpendicularity of the flexible hoisting container can still be guaranteed through the dead weight, and the container is prevented from twist deformation and getting stuck in the middle of a shaft.
本发明公布一种立井柔性提升容器用多级减速装置,属于立井提升运输技术领域。包括柔性提升容器,所述柔性提升容器左右两侧安装有导向滚轮,在立井的左右两侧安装有与导向滚轮配合的导向轨道,导向滚轮滚动安装在导向轨道上;所述柔性提升容器的前后侧安装有前后对称的减速器,减速器沿着柔性提升容器的升降方向布置有多个;上侧的减速器的刹车矩小于下侧的减速器的刹车矩。本发明采用多级减速制动,避免了单单使用上盘或者下盘制动对柔性提升容器的产生的拉应力或压应力;多级减速制动力由上至下递减,维持柔性提升容器整体的惯性压力和拉力的平衡,仍然使得柔性提升容器可以利用自重来保证垂直度,防止容器扭曲变形,卡在井筒中间。
