The invention discloses a magnetic shore end cooperation device for ship berthing. When equipment is required to be maintained, an electric push rod is started, the electric push rod pushes a connecting shaft to move rightwards, a connecting shaft is rotated, a connecting block is arranged on the side of a magnetic unit to be tested so as to enable the magnetic unit to attract the connecting block, the reading of a tension meter is recorded, and the actions are repeated to check the magnetism of each magnetic unit. Whether the magnetic unit is damaged or not can be judged, the detection process is simple, the consumed time is short, and other auxiliary equipment is not needed. When it is confirmed that the magnetic unit is damaged, a sealing plate on the corresponding side is taken down, acorresponding magnetic plate can be taken out of a magnetic groove and be replaced by a standby magnetic plate, and the sealing plate is mounted again. The replaced magnetic plate can be used as a standby plate to be replaced next time after being maintained, and the maintenance time is short. Meanwhile, through cooperation of an elastic piece and a pressing plate, the situation that the magneticplate is excessively extruded with a base plate to cause vibration damage of the magnetic unit when encountering ship berthing is avoided, and the service life of the cooperation device is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种用于船舶靠泊的磁性岸端协同装置,当需要维护设备时,启动电动推杆,使电动推杆推动连接轴向右移动,转动连接轴,将连接块置于待测试磁力单元侧使磁力单元吸住连接块,记录拉力计的读数,重复以上动作以检查各磁力单元的磁性,即可以有无磁力单元损坏,检测过程简单,耗费时间短,而且无需其他辅助设备,当确认有磁力单元损坏时,取下对应一侧的封板,使相应的磁力板可以从磁性槽内部取出,换上备用的磁力板后重新安装封板即可,换下的磁力板维修完毕可以作为下次更换备用板,维护时间短,同时通过弹性件与压板配合,使磁力板遇到船舶靠泊时不会与基板过度挤压导致磁力单元震动损坏,提升了协同装置的寿命。
