The two identical couplers with automatic locking devices are used for connecting aerial rail vehicles, manual operation is not needed, and trailer connection and automatic uncoupling are automatically achieved.
一种空中轨道车辆的自动连接与脱钩方法,采用两个带有自动锁闭装置、自动追中系统、双向缓冲系统,自动解钩系统的车钩,且两辆空轨车厢的车钩中的自动锁闭装置、自动追中系统、双向缓冲系统,自动解钩系统为相互对称布置,分别安装在两辆空轨车厢连接的端头,通过两辆相向运行的的车辆碰撞,在碰撞过程中两个车厢的车钩进行车辆与车辆的连接,并在连接后通过车钩的自动锁闭装置自动进行自锁,完成车钩连接;在需要进行脱钩时,通过自动解钩装置打开自锁锁闭装置,车辆之间将自动进行脱钩,实现两辆车辆的分离。本发明通过两套带有自动锁闭装置相同车钩,进行空中轨道车辆之间的连接,可以不用人工进行操作,自动实现挂车连接和自动脱钩。
