The invention relates to a vehicle with a vehicle-mounted charging device, which comprises a vehicle body, wherein the top of the vehicle body is provided with a vehicle-mounted charging device. The vehicle-mounted charging device comprises a rotary supporting structure mounted on the top of the vehicle body, wherein the rotary supporting structure is provided with a pole plate mounting frame. Thevehicle-mounted charging device further comprises a rotation driving mechanism used for driving the pole plate mounting frame to rotate and be adjusted relative to the vehicle body through the rotarysupporting structure, and the pole plate mounting frame is provided with a vehicle-mounted pole plate used for being correspondingly and conductively communicated with a ground pantograph on a groundcharging pile so as to carry out charging operation. When the vehicle-mounted charging device is used, the inclination angle between the vehicle-mounted pole plate and a corresponding vehicle can becoordinated through rotation adjustment of the vehicle-mounted pole plate, so that the vehicle-mounted charging device adapts to different types of pantographs, the adaptability of the vehicle-mountedcharging device to different pantographs is effectively improved, and the charging operation of an electric vehicle is facilitated.
