A protruding section (37) is provided in the outer peripheral surface of the stem section (30) and a recessed section (40) that fits into the protruding section (37) so as to be capable of transferring torque and a guide recessed section (65) that swing-fits to the protruding section (37) and starts fitting with the recessed section (40) are provided in the inner peripheral surface of the hub ring (1). Before the fitting (press-fitting) of the protruding section (37) and the recessed section (40), the maximum angle of inclination (2) of the bolt (42) relative to the hub ring (1) is made greater than the maximum angle of inclination (Theta 1) of the outer joint member (24) relative to the hub ring (1), in a state in which the protruding section (37) and the entire area in the axial direction of the guide recessed section (65) are swing-fitted.
