The invention relates to a full moment limiter with intelligent control. The full moment limiter comprises a control host, a sensor unit and a hydraulic control unit. The control host is connected with the sensor unit and the hydraulic control unit through a CAN bus. The sensor unit is used for detecting the working state of a lifting device and transmitting a detection signal to the control host. The hydraulic control unit is used for detecting working data of a hydraulic system and transmitting the hydraulic data to the control host. The control host is used for conducting data processing on the detection signal and the working data and then obtains equipment data information and equipment states. The control host further comprises an expert system which is used for giving out working route plans according to the equipment data information and the equipment states. The control host sends the control information to the hydraulic control unit, and the hydraulic control unit receives the control information and operates the working state of the hydraulic system through the control information. According to the full moment limiter with intelligent control, the dependency of working efficiency and safety of the lifting device on operators is effectively lowered, and the safety and working efficiency of the lifting device are improved.
