The invention relates to an intelligent parameter acquiring moment limiter based on a wireless sensing technology. The intelligent parameter acquiring moment limiter comprises a wireless track sensor, a wireless stress sensor, a micro metal material analysis meter and a collecting and processing controller. The rear portion of the wireless track sensor, the rear portion of the wireless stress sensor, the rear portion of the micro metal material analysis meter and the rear portion of a metal detector are connected to a data demodulator. The rear portion of the data demodulator is connected to a moment limiter body, and a lower equipment shell is arranged outside the moment limiter body. A wireless data input interface is formed in the upper portion of the lower equipment shell, and a data line inlet is formed in the upper portion of the side face of the lower equipment shell. The tail end of the data line inlet is connected to a data distributor, and a wireless data receiver, an angle sensor and a force sensor are sequentially arranged below the data distributor. The intelligent parameter acquiring moment limiter has the beneficial effects that a crane plant does not need to provide any parameter, and initial parameters can be updated along with changes of the work condition of a mechanical arm.
