The invention discloses an abrasion-resisting lifting piece for an elevator. The lifting piece is of a longitudinal steel belt structure and comprises a plurality of anti-pulling bodies extending in the longitudinal direction, and a coating material wrapping the anti-pulling bodies. Concave-convex friction bodies are arranged at the two ends of the longitudinal steel belt structure. The friction bodies are located on the surfaces of the two sides of a steel belt and used for being matched with the inner side faces of elevator traction wheels. The friction body structures are arranged at the two ends of the steel belt, so that friction force between the steel belt and the traction wheels is increased. In the using process, the engagement between the steel belt and the traction wheels is tighter, and the phenomenon that when an elevator is braked or started, slipping happens due to insufficient traction force is avoided; and running stability and reliability of the elevator are effectively guaranteed. Meanwhile, the steel belt is endowed with better abrasion resistance through the structure of the friction bodies, and the service life of the steel belt is greatly prolonged.
