The invention discloses an auxiliary accelerator control method for a manual gear vehicle. The auxiliary accelerator control method is characterized in that a linkage mechanism arranged on a clutch pedal of the manual gear vehicle is used for controlling an accelerator. The method includes the specific steps that when gear shift operation is conducted, a driver loosens an accelerator pedal and treads the clutch pedal; the clutch pedal drives a rotary wheel arranged below the clutch pedal to move along a supporting plate, so that a connection piece connected to the rotary wheel is driven to move, a rotary shaft arranged at the other end of the connection piece is driven to rotate, and thus the clutch pedal moves downwards; a clutch control rod arranged on the clutch pedal controls a clutch to act so as to conduct the gear shift operation; and auxiliary accelerator linkage rods of the linkage mechanism act at the same time to control the accelerator to return back to the basic fuel injection quantity quickly. The auxiliary accelerator control method has the following beneficial effects that the method is simple and effective, the problem that the accelerator cannot return back to the basic fuel injection quantity quickly after the accelerator pedal is loosened in the gear shift operation process when the vehicle runs can be solved effectively, and damage to an engine and a gearbox is reduced or avoided.
