The drive wheel is arranged at the lower end of the drive wheel assembly, wheel installing plates are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the drive wheel assembly, and upper wheels and lower wheels are arranged on the wheel installing plates. Drive frame steel channels are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the rear frame. The wheels on the two sides of the drive wheel assembly can vertically roll in the drive frame steel channels. A spring fixing shaft is arranged above the wheel installing plates. A damping spring installing base is arranged on the rear frame and provided with a first through hole. The fixing shaft is provided with damping springs, and the upper end of the fixing shaft penetrates the first through hole.
