The invention discloses a hat-type low-altitude emergency escape parachute which comprises an annular supporting frame, a hat-type fixing belt, a parachute face, a radial reinforcing belt and a high-strength stretching-resistant soft rope. The hat-type fixing belt is connected with the center of the annular supporting frame, the parachute face is laid on the supporting frame, the radial reinforcing belt is laid on the parachute face of the supporting frame and fixed to the supporting frame, and the soft rope is connected with the center of the parachute face. The four directions of the lower half portions of outer edge ropes of the parachute are each provided with a set of manual pull rings capable of adjusting the falling direction, the bottoms of the outer edge ropes are connected with the center rope, and a steel ring provided with a safety belt in a hanging manner is arranged at each buckle position. When the hat-type low-altitude emergency escape parachute is in the standby state, the portion, stretching out of the outer edge of the supporting frame, of the parachute face is folded and tightened and fixed through a plurality of clamps at intervals. The hat-type low-altitude emergency escape parachute can achieve the purpose that self-saved escape can be achieved when a disaster happens to a high-rise building.
