The invention discloses a low-level emergency escape parachute which comprises a parachute rod, parachute ribs which are connected with the upper end of the parachute rod and can be opened and closed, a high-strength tensile soft rope connected with the lower end of the parachute rod, and a parachute surface laid on the parachute ribs, wherein the outer edge of the parachute surface extends out of the parachute ribs; concentric circular reinforcing belts are arranged on the parachute surface; radial reinforcing belts fixed with the parachute ribs are arranged on the parachute surface along the parachute ribs; manual pull rings capable of adjusting a landing direction are arranged on the four sides of the lower half parts of the radial reinforcing belts; the outer ends of the radial reinforcing belts are connected with holes of a sliding ring sleeving the parachute rod respectively; the sliding ring is located between the lower part of the parachute rod and the upper part of the soft rope; a life belt is fixedly connected with the sliding ring via an auxiliary connecting belt; the sliding ring and a handheld sleeve are connected into a whole; and in a standby state, the outer edge part of the parachute surface out of the parachute ribs is folded and then clamped and fixed via a plurality of clips at intervals. The emergency escape parachute can achieve self-rescue escape when a high-rise building has a disaster.
