The invention provides an unsignalized intersection anti-collision early warning method and a terminal. The terminal comprises an antenna, a positioning module, a data acquisition module, a DSRC communication module and an information processing module, wherein the positioning module receives navigation positioning signals from a navigation system continuously to acquire the position information and the driving direction information of the current vehicle; the data acquisition module acquires the operation state information of the current vehicle via a sensor; the DSRC communication module receives driving intention information of an external vehicle; the information processing module acquires the driving intention information of the current vehicle according to the position information, the driving direction information and the operation state information of the current vehicle; the driving intention information of the external vehicle and the driving intention information of the current vehicle are analyzed and compared, whether hidden collision exists is judged; and the early warning module gives an alarm in a condition in which hidden collision exists and does not act in a condition in which hidden collision does not exist. Information interaction between vehicles is enhanced, a vehicle driver can know better about the surrounding road condition information, and the traffic accident happening rate can be effectively reduced.
