The invention discloses an environment-friendly multi-purpose airship system taking helium as lifting power. The environment-friendly multi-purpose airship system comprises an airbag device and airship cabins, wherein the airbag device is fixedly arranged above the airship cabins; the airship cabins which are arranged at two sides of the airbag device are respectively provided with an airship wing; electric propellers are arranged under the airship wings; the electric propellers are connected with storage batteries; the airbag device is connected with a helium inflation system; an airbag of the airbag device adopts a double-layer structure having an inner-layer membrane and an outer-layer membrane; a plurality of airbag rings which are in mutual independence are arranged in the double-layer structure having the inner-layer membrane and the outer-layer membrane; the airbag device is provided with a helium recycling device; the helium recycling device comprises a control valve, a connecting pipeline, a helium collecting tank and a vacuum pump; the connecting pipeline is respectively connected with the airbag device and the helium collecting tank; the control valve is arranged on the connecting pipeline; the vacuum pump is arranged on the helium collecting tank.
