The invention provides a manufacturing method of a double-layer type environment-friendly airship air bag. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that firstly, an advanced composite material of Oxford cloth and a polyester fiber double-layer film serves as an outer layer; secondly, a hard high-temperature steamed and cooked PE film on the inner layer serves as an inner bag. The composite material of the Oxford cloth and the polyester fiber double-layer film solves the problem that since an airship air bag is affected with damp frequently, service life is short; due to the fact that the high-temperature-resisting material is adopted as the inner material of the air bag, the problem that rot or a fire is caused easily due to high water temperature is solved.
