The invention provides a water jet propulsion conventional submarine with an oxyhydrogen fuel power generation set, and belongs to the field of military and environmental protection of reducing greenhouse gas emission. Electric energy generated by a liquid hydrogen and oxyhydrogen fuel power generation set (an oxyhydrogen fuel cell) is supplied to drive the motor of a high-pressure large-flow water pump, a suction port of the water pump is arranged on the front part of the submarine (playing a role of attracting the submarine to go forward), water is sprayed out from the outlet of the water pump through a spray pipe on the tail of the submarine, and the submarine is driven to go forward, and the injection angles of the spray pipe can be adjusted, so as to adjust directions of the submarine and postures. The water jet propulsion conventional submarine with an oxyhydrogen fuel power generation set is relatively low in work noise, and has better effect through silence design. The submarine has very high running speed and good endurance capability. The submarine can enter a nuclear hydrogen production steamer and a nuclear air separation steamer in a hidden state, to perform supply of liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen underwater in secret, so that the water jet propulsion conventional submarine with an oxyhydrogen fuel power generation set has the endurance capability that people expect.
