Hydrogen gas prepared at the temperature of 750-950 DEG C provided by a high-temperature air-cooling nuclear reactor is provided for an oxyhydrogen fuel electricity generating device(liquid oxygen is reserved by a nuclear submarine), generated electric energy is supplied for a high-pressure high-capacity water pump motor, and a water jetting pipe is used for driving the nuclear submarine to travel and regulating the direction and the posture of the nuclear submarine; steam generated by nuclear energy is used for a steam jetting flow water pump to drive the nuclear submarine to travel and regulate the direction and the posture of the nuclear submarine, a water sucking opening of the pump is formed in the right center of the head part of the nuclear submarine, water sucking openings of two branch pipes are formed under the head part of the nuclear submarine so as to suck water after the nuclear submarine is out of the water, a water outlet of the pump is formed in a jetting pipe at the tail part of the nuclear submarine to push the nuclear submarine to go forward, when the pump operates, the water sucking opening in the head part of the nuclear submarine has the function of driving the nuclear submarine to go forward in a sucking manner, the high-temperature air-cooling nuclear reactor and equipment which can generate noise are placed on a damping bed and a damping base, the high-temperature air-cooling nuclear reactor, the equipment, the damping bed and the damping base are placed in vacuum together so as to eliminate and reduce the noise and insulate heat, and a water sucking pipe, a water supplying pipe and a water jetting pipe of the pump can be jointly used by an electric water pump and the steam jetting flow water pump.
