The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted engineering machinery power supply management system, method and apparatus. An upper-assembled control device of the power supply management system can acquire a current electricity use state of a chassis system and a current electricity use state of the upper-assembled system, and determine current electricity total power of the power supply management system according to the current electricity use state of the chassis system and the current electricity use state of the upper-assembled system; current rotating speed of an engine can be acquired and current output power of a generator can be determined according to the current rotating speed of the engine; when current output power of the generator is determined to be smaller than current electricity use total power of the power supply management system, rotating speed of the engine is up-regulated and/or power consumption of already-started load of set numbers of the power supply management system is down-regulated, so electricity required by the power supply management can be provided for the generator; and on the basis of storage battery electric quantity preservation, problems that the chassis system cannot be started due to electricity inadequacy of the storage battery and repeated charging and discharging of the storage battery can be solved.
