The invention relates to the field of strip steel transportation, in particular to an overturning and packaging machine. The overturning and packaging machine comprises a base and a drive mechanism and further comprises an overturning and packaging mechanism. The overturning and packaging mechanism comprises a supporting piece, a first rotating piece and a second rotating piece, wherein the first rotating piece is connected to the supporting piece and the base, and the second rotating piece is connected to the supporting piece and the drive mechanism. The overturning and packaging machine has the advantages that the design of the overall structure is ingenious, the structure is compact, the practicability is high, the overturning and packaging machine is convenient to dismount, low in cost, safe to operate, stable in work, high in work efficiency, and capable of being applied and popularized in a large scale conveniently.
