At present, no elevator is available for buildings of six layers and below, and inconvenience in residence is caused. Two bars of round steel 1 longitudinally penetrating a corridor are installed at the two ends of a gap between the stairs on the two sides, a track plate 2 is installed between the two bars of round steel 1 through a sliding sleeve 3, two inclined tracks 6 are positioned on the two sides of the track plate 2 respectively, the track plate 2 can run up and down along the two bars of round steel 1 under the traction of a roof motor, two track rollers 5 of a seat frame 7 are embedded in two tracks 6 respectively and can roll in the tracks 6, the cross section of each track 6 is in a C shape, the rollers 5 are prevented from being separated from the tracks while the rollers 5 roll in the tracks, and two armrest rollers 9 are in contact with the upper portion and lower portion of an armrest 10 respectively, so that the seat frame 7 is inclined along the stairs to run. The round steel 1 is provided with a C-shaped notch 4 with the shape the same as the cross section of each track 6. When the seat frame 7 reaches a floor or a turning platform, through the rotation of the round steel 1, the seat frame 7 can be driven by the C-shaped notch 4 through the track rollers 5 to perform running of half a circle on the floor or the turning platform.
