The invention discloses an anti-derail safety protection device for a construction hoist. The hoist comprises a hoisting cage main beam and a drive frame main beam, which are arranged in the vertical direction; the safety protection device comprises a plurality of safety stop shaft mechanisms mounted on the front side plates of the drive frame main beam and the hoisting cage main beam; each safety stop shaft mechanism comprises stop shafts and a support plate; the stop shafts are horizontally mounted on the drive frame main beam or the hoisting cage main beam in the axial directions of the stop shafts; and the support plates are supported on the shaft side surfaces of the stop shafts. The safety protection device provided by the invention has a simple structure, and can effectively prevent a driving mechanism beam or the hoisting cage from running off guide rails when a part of the driving mechanism beam or a hoisting cage is damaged; when the safety stop shaft mechanisms are under stress, stress points are on an entire main beam structure, so that the bearing capacity of the safety stop shaft mechanisms is enhanced, deformation is avoided, and the safety coefficient is high.
