The invention discloses a variable rigidity stabilizer bar structure which comprises a first outer rod, a second outer rod, first stabilizer bar bodies, second stabilizer bar bodies, first spline teeth and second spline teeth, wherein the first outer rod and the second outer rod are in fastened connection to be a whole; and the first spline teeth and the second spline teeth are arranged in any first oil liquid cavity and any second oil liquid cavity respectively. The first oil liquid cavities are arranged in the first outer rod, and the second oil liquid cavities are arranged in the second outer rod. The ends of the first stabilizer bar bodies are rotatably inserted in the first oil liquid cavities in a sealed mode respectively, and the ends of the second stabilizer bar bodies are rotatably inserted in the second oil liquid cavities in a sealed mode. The first spline teeth are connected with the first stabilizer bar bodies and the second stabilizer bar bodies respectively, the second spline teeth are connected with the first outer rod and the second outer rod respectively, and the first spline teeth are connected with the second spline teeth. The invention further discloses an automobile. By applying the variable rigidity stabilizer bar structure and the automobile, the rigidity of the stabilizer bar can continuously change within a certain range.
