A deepwater energy generating station, power station, ship power device and an offshore floating city of the ship power device are characterized in that a water tunnel pipe (9) is included, wherein the length H is larger than or equal to 0 and smaller than or equal to 10000 m; the upper end of the water tunnel pipe is connected with a hydraulic turbine (3) through a transverse water tunnel pipe (10); the hydraulic turbine (3) is connected with an electric generator (1) through a coupler (2) and arranged on a ship (4), the lower end of the water tunnel pipe (9) is communicated with a horizontal speed increase water inlet pipe (6), the horizontal speed increase water inlet pipe (6) is hung on the vertical speed increase water tunnel pipe (9) through a bearing (7), the upper end of the water tunnel pipe (9) is provided with a sealing top cover (23) with an adjusting valve, and the rear portion of the water inlet pipe (6) is connected with a sheet-shaped guide tail wing (8). The deepwater energy generating station, the power station, the ship power device and the offshore floating city are simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and capable of providing inexhaustible clean energy and contribute to elimination of the energy war.
