The invention relates to a method for decentralizing information about an electrical power availability situation in an electrical power network at a certain time, comprising the steps of determining electrical power availability data in the electrical power network by means of an electrical power central office, which is associated with the electrical power network; generating electrical power availability information by means of the electrical power central office, wherein the electrical power availability information comprises at least information about an electrical power surplus or an electrical power shortage at the certain time; transmitting the electrical power availability information from the electrical power central office to at least one data-receiving system; and processing and/or outputting the electrical power availability information by means of the data-receiving system.
