The invention relates to a method for achieving optimized scheduling of downhole locomotive operation according to the current manual scheduling condition of downhole mine locomotive operation. By means of a scheduling optimizing algorithm, the list of scheduling areas where a locomotive passes, and the current position information, the traveling directions, the rail occupying conditions and the predicted running times of other locomotives in the current scheduling area and the next scheduling area of the locomotive are obtained according to a work instruction application uploaded by a vehicle-mounted terminal installed on the locomotive, the position where the locomotive is currently located and the position of a destination where the locomotive is about to go in a map topological structure; the running and closing conditions of the locomotives and road segments are automatically and comprehensively planned through combination with the locomotive preferential marching scheduling rules about collision avoidance, priority and the shortest destination arrival time, automatic locomotive dispatching is achieved, and a turnout and the states of traffic lamps are automatically controlled. Drivers are guided to perform production operation, the transportation capacity of a mine area can be improved, transportation and operating cost can be reduced, transportation production efficiency and the scheduling management level of the downhole locomotives can be effectively improved, and a basis is laid for downhole locomotive unmanned driving.
