The invention aims at providing an intelligent control system which can accurately sense and judge ambient brightness, automobile speed and steering wheel angles, can realize the automatic turn-off of a headlamp and the follow-up turning of the headlamp as needed, can provide optimal illumination for a driver, and can perform autodiagnosis so as to reduce the failure rate of the automotive headlamp. The intelligent control system disclosed by the invention comprises a main controller, an illumination intensity detecting module, an automobile speed detecting module, a steering wheel angle detecting module, an electric current detecting module, a relay module, a stepper motor driving module, a CAN control module and a power supply module, wherein through the illumination intensity detecting module, the automotive headlamp can be automatically turned off; through the steering wheel angle detecting module, the automotive headlamp can turn with the steering wheel angles; the electric current detecting module can send out an alarm when the electric current of the circuit is too large; through the relay module, the automotive headlamp can be automatically turned on or off, and can automatically switch with high-beam lamps and low-beam lamps.
