The invention provides a concrete conveying vehicle. The concrete conveying vehicle is characterized in that the two sides of a trolley hub (1) are provided with sinking prevention blades (2), and the height of the sinking prevention blades is smaller than the height of a cover tire (3) filled with air. The concrete conveying vehicle is frequently used in concrete pouring construction process. Wheels are prone to sinking when a common concrete conveying vehicle moves on a concrete road segment which is newly formed through pouring, therefore, large resistance of the common concrete conveying vehicle is formed and working efficiency is reduced. The sinking prevention blades (2) are arranged, so that the wheels can be prevented from sinking into concrete effectively. Therefore, resistance caused by wheel sinking is avoided, and the working strength of workers is lowered.
