The invention relates to the technical field of the military equipment, especially to a missile loading vehicle comprising a vehicle body, a positioning mechanism, a walking mechanism, and a lifting mechanism. The positioning mechanism includes positioning guiding devices for transmitting signals and positioning receivers for receiving signals; and five signal transmitting sources corresponding to front, rear, left, right and center signal transmitting directions respectively are arranged on each positioning guiding device. Because of different signals transmitted by the five signal transmitting sources, a relative position relation between a missile and a missile installation position on a wing or a belly of the missile loading vehicle can be determined according to the signals received by the positioning receivers; and thus the vehicle body and the adjusting platform are controlled by a controller to move to complete the positioning process. According to the invention, the positioning becomes accurate and reliable; no manual readjustment is needed during the whole positioning process, so that the workload and the labor intensity of the operator can be reduced, the missile hanging time is reduced, and the missile hanging efficiency is improved.
