The invention provides an aircraft wing structure capable of realizing rapid disassembly and assembly for a cell array, and a development method thereof. According to the method, efficient flexible-film type solar cells are based, a flexible-film solar cell encapsulation technology is reasonably referred and improved, sealing bars or a sealing adhesive is used, wing beams and wing ribs are taken as a support frame, and flexible-film type solar cell modules are effectively fixed on the upper surface of a wing by virtue of a locking mechanism by referring to a tensioned membrane structure in the industry of surface buildings; and sheets made from plastic or composite materials are taken as edge shielding sheets, and edges among the flexible-film type solar cell modules are subjected to sealing and smooth transition treatments by virtue of the soft sealing adhesive. According to the aircraft wing structure capable of realizing rapid disassembly and assembly for the cell array, and developed on the basis of the method, the solar cells can be rapidly replaced; and when the damaged wing structure is repaired or replaced, damages to the solar cells are furthest avoided.
