The invention discloses a power dispersing type track following rubber wheel low-floor intelligent rail train which comprises a standard locomotive, a hinged mechanism, a standard power carriage and a standard trailer carriage, wherein the standard locomotive comprises a vehicle structure with two shaft supports, wherein a first shaft of the standard locomotive has a steer-by-wire function, and a second shaft is a steer-by-wire mechanism. A standard connection port connected with the hinged mechanism is reserved at the rear of the standard locomotive. The hinged mechanism has two freedom degrees of rotating in the vertical direction and rotating in the horizontal direction. The two ends of the hinged mechanism are provided with standard connection ports, and the standard connection ports are used for connection between the standard locomotive, the standard power carriage and the standard trailer carriage. The standard power carriage is of a vehicle structure with one shaft support. The standard trailer carriage comprises a vehicle structure with two shaft supports. A first shaft and a second shaft of a trailer of the standard trailer carriage have a steer-by-wire function. The power dispersing type track following rubber wheel low-floor intelligent rail train has the advantages of multi-shaft steering, power dispersion and modular design.
