The invention provides an anti-torsion pull bar, an anti-torsion pull bar mounting structure and a vehicle, wherein the anti-torsion pull bar comprises a small bush, a big bush and a pull bar body; the characteristics are that the big bush comprises an internal pipe, a rubber body set at an outer side of the internal pipe and an outer support of the big bush at the outer side of the internal rubber body; the pull bar body comprises a big end mounting fork and a small end support; the big end mounting fork is provided with a first fork arm and a second fork arm; the first fork arm and the second fork arm are connected to two ends of the internal pipe of the big bush; and the small bush is pressed with interference in a small end support. According to the anti-torsion pull bar, an upper plate and a lower plate can be mutually bonded to each other on the connecting position connected to the outer support of the big bush on a sub-frame, thus further avoiding large-area suspension on the connecting position between the anti-torsion pull bar and the sub-frame; and the booming sound inside the vehicle produced due to over-low dynamic rigidity of the connecting position between the sub-frame and the anti-torsion pull bar under the condition that an engine is rotated at high speed, thus improving the NVH performance of the whole vehicle.
