Aiming at defects that conventional bushing rubber is shorter in fatigue life, the invention provides an anti-torsion pull bar and an automobile. The anti-torsion pull bar comprises a rod body, a big-end sleeve, and a small-end sleeve, wherein the big-end sleeve and the small-end sleeve are fixed at two ends of the rod body. The big-end sleeve comprises an X-shaped inner tube provided with an inner hole at the center, rubber main springs, and rubber limiting blocks. The periphery of the X-shaped inner tube is provided with four inwards concave arc-shaped surfaces, and the central axis of the big-end sleeve is taken as z-axis. The connection line of the circle center of the big-end sleeve and the circle center of the small-end sleeve is taken as x-axis, and a straight line which is perpendicular to the x-axis and z-axis and passes through the circle center of the big-end sleeve. The four inwards concave arc-shaped surfaces comprise two limiting block supporting surfaces which are located in the direction of x-axis and are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the inner hole, and also comprise two spring supporting surfaces which are located in the direction of y-axis and are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the inner hole. The limiting block supporting surfaces are fixedly provided with the rubber limiting blocks, and the spring supporting surfaces are fixedly provided with the rubber main springs. The other ends of the rubber main springs are fixedly connected with the big-end sleeve. The anti-torsion pull bar prolongs the fatigue lives of main spring rubber and the rubber limiting blocks.
