The invention creatively provides a tempering and conveying device. The tempering and conveying device comprises a base, a worktable and a clamping mechanism. A threaded hole is formed in the base, a screw rod is inserted into the threaded hole, and one end of the screw rod is connected with the bottom surface of the worktable. The clamping mechanism comprises a first sliding rod and a second sliding rod, wherein a first clamping rod perpendicular to the first sliding rod is fixed to the first sliding rod, a second clamping rod perpendicular to the second sliding rod is fixed to the second sliding rod, and the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod are arranged in an intersecting mode. A first bent sliding groove and a second bent sliding groove are further formed in the tabletop of the worktable, and the arc curvature degrees of the two bent sliding grooves are opposite. The first sliding rod is in sliding fit with the first bent sliding groove. The second sliding rod is in sliding fit with the second bent sliding groove. The tempering and conveying device which can clamp a workpiece with changeable angles improves the accuracy and stability of clamping the workpiece, brings convenience to conveying, and reduces the production cost.
