To provide a conveying device improved in convenience and safety in a conveying process of an article.SOLUTION: A conveying device comprises: a base member; a handling member having an arm part which is movably connected to the base member and is driven along the substantially vertical direction, and a hand part for gripping an article; a support member having a support part which extends in the substantially horizontal direction so as to movably support the article from below, and a driven part which is movably connected to the base member, and is driven along the substantially horizontal direction so as to approach or leave the handling member; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the conveying device. In an initial form, after the support part is arranged at a position horizontally spaced from clamping plates and grips the article by the hand part, the handling member is driven upward, the support member is driven so as to approach the handling member as far as the support part is located immediately below the article, and the base member travels on a conveyance rail in a state where the article is gripped by the hand part and the support part is located immediately below the article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】物品の搬送工程における利便性および安全性を改善した搬送装置を提供する。【解決手段】搬送装置は、ベース部材と、ベース部材に可動式に連結され、略垂直方向に沿って駆動されるアーム部、及び、物品を把持するためのハンド部を備えるハンドリング部材と、物品を下方から支承可能に略水平方向に延在する支持部と、ベース部材に可動式に連結され、ハンドリング部材に対して近接又は離隔するように略水平方向に沿って駆動される被駆動部とを有する支持部材と、搬送装置の動作を制御する制御部と、を備える。初期形態において、支持部が挟圧板から水平方向に離隔した位置に配置され、ハンド部で物品を把持した後、ハンドリング部材が上方に駆動され、支持部が物品の直下に位置するまで支持部材がハンドリング部材に対して近接駆動され、ハンド部で物品を把持するとともに支持部が物品の直下に位置する状態で、ベース部材が搬送レールを走行する。【選択図】図1
