An accurate regulation and control method of an air-conditioning fresh air valve for a high-speed train solves the technical problem that an air-conditioning unit cannot meet the requirements for environmental comfort degree of compartments, energy conservation and environmental protection at the same time. The adopted technical scheme is that a stop valve with an adjustably combined quantitative air port is provided, and the design specifications of the quantitative air port can be either designed according to the percentage of the gross area of an air duct or designed as required. The air port is quantified to increase the accurate regulation precision and possibility of the air valve, so that on the premise of enabling the air-conditioning unit of the high-speed train to meet the requirement of passengers for the comfort degree, energy conservation and environmental protection are realized through the accurate regulation and control method to the maximum extent and the accurate regulation and control method goes with the world trend.
