The invention provides a high-speed train air conditioning system intelligent management and control method. The method is based on an intelligent management and control system, and includes the following steps that 1, initialization is carried out, wherein after a train is started, according to air parameters, acquired on site, in and out of a compartment, a fresh air proportion value M0 under a corresponding condition in an empirical data table is selected, and the state of a flow-adjustable protective valve in a compartment air inlet channel is set to be fresh air amount XF0 and inner circulating air amount NF0 of an air conditioner host; 2, random parameters are collected, wherein according to a set time interval deltat, relative parameters acquired by an acquisition module acquiring the air parameters in and out of the compartment are stored in a middle storage and form a number sequence of the same structure in an empirical data module; 3, random adjustment is carried out on initialized parameters, wherein a control instruction is sent to a proportional electromagnetic valve to set the fresh air amount XF0 and inner circulating air amount NF0 of the air conditioner host; 4, environment monitoring and emergency control are carried out. By means of the method, quality of air in the compartment is improved, a system is simplified, and energy is saved in the operation process.
