The invention discloses a method for detecting train beacon misreading. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring a most probable position and a least probable position of a beacon antenna; adding a beacon which corresponds to a beacon theoretical position into a beacon queue if the range scanned by the beacon antenna in the most probable position in the last period includes the beacon theoretical position; detecting whether the beacon antenna in the last period reads the beacon or not, and deleting the beacon from the beacon queue when the beacon antenna in the last period reads the beacon; judging whether the range scanned by the beacon antenna in the least probable position in the last period includes the beacon theoretical position or not, and judging whether the beacon is in the beacon queue or not; if yes, judging whether the beacon is in the beacon queue or not again after a period of setting time is delayed, and prompting beacon misreading if the beacon is still in the beacon queue. According to the method for detecting the train beacon misreading, the beacon misreading caused by the facts that the beacons on the ground are misarranged in the arrangement process or the beacon antenna is in failure can be detected.
