The invention relates to a novel anti-leakage tire. A designed airtight rubber layer is formed by compounding a plurality of grooves (1) with pouring sealant and a sealing coating (3) covering the grooves and is arranged on the inner side of a tire base (2). The cost of the designed novel anti-leakage tire is low, similar to the cost of a tire with a single-layer sealant and far lower than that of a support type tire. The novel anti-leakage tire has the performance of repairing leakage holes immediately at various environment temperatures without influencing dynamic balance of a vehicle. The tire has excellent automatic leakage hole repairing performance, can resist pricking of iron nails with the length of 8 cm and diameter of 7-9 mm, and enables the vehicle to run continuously for thousands of kilometers at the speed of 140km/h without parking for repairing the tire no matter whether iron nails are taken out or not. The practical service life of the tire is longer as air leakage does not exist. The process is simple, the investment is reduced, high benefits are realized and the social and economic benefits are quite obvious.
