The invention relates to a novel air-leakage-prevention tire. An airtight adhesive layer of the design is formed by compounding a plurality of grooves filled with seal adhesives and seal coatings covering the grooves, and is arranged at the inner side of a tire base. The air-leakage-prevention tire of the design is low in cost, which is approximately equal to that of a single-layer seal adhesive, and is much lower than that of the support type seal adhesive, and has an instant leakage reparation performance in various environment temperatures without affecting the dynamic balance of a vehicle. The tire is extremely good in automatic leakage reparation performance, can bear the pricking of iron nails with the length of 8cm and diameter of 7-9mm without air leakage, can run for thousands of kilometers further at the speed of 140km/h no matter whether the iron nails are drawn out or not without parking of a car for tire repair. The actual service life is relatively long due to no air leakage; the technology is simple; the investment is saved; the return is high; the social and economic benefits are very obvious.
