Provided is a cart capable of significantly increasing the safety of a user in terms of a function of assisting walking of elderly people with impaired mobility. The cart according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises a frame part, rolling wheels, a wheel locking part and a stopping part. The frame part includes a plurality of frames and forms an exoskeleton. The rolling wheels are connected to the lower portion of the frames. The wheel locking part includes a gripping part connected to the frame part, and releases wheel lock when the gripping part is pressurized downwards so as to make the rolling wheels rotate. The stopping part includes a brake handle connected to the frame part, and inhibits rotation of the rolling wheels when the brake handle is pulled upwards.
