The invention relates to a composite counterweight block weighing and metering device. The device includes a vibration platform, weighing supports, a scale pan, guiding shafts, a weighing sensor, a weighing sensor, a scale pan support, a linear bearing, a cylinder, a cylinder bracket and a cylinder fixing plate, wherein the cylinder is vertically and fixedly mounted on the cylinder fixing plate, the top of a cylinder rod of the cylinder is fixedly equipped with the cylinder bracket, the cylinder bracket is of a shouldering type structure in mirror symmetry, mirrors on two support shoulders of the cylinder bracket and is each vertically and fixedly provided with a lower end of the guiding shaft, upper ends of the two guiding shafts are jointly fixedly provided with a horizontal scale pan support, the weighing sensor is fixedly mounted in a middle part of a plane of the scale pan support, the weighing sensor is fixedly mounted in the lane of the scale pan support, the weighing sensor is fixedly installed on a lower bottom plane of the scale pan, and the scale pan is connected with the vibration platform through the weighing supports at two sides. The device is ingenious in structure and scientific in design, can complete weighing without stopping equipment operation, is high in weighing precision, and is a production line auxiliary device indispensable to a counterweight production enterprise.
