A nuclear power plant crane carriage with a double-rectangle steel wire rope lower guide rope winding system comprises a carriage frame, a hoisting driving mechanism, the steel wire rope winding system, a carriage operation mechanism and a load lifting device. The steel wire rope winding system comprises winding drums, upper pulley blocks, lower pulley blocks, transition pulley blocks and steel wire ropes. One end of each steel wire rope is wound on the corresponding winding drum set, and the other end of each steel wire rope winds across the corresponding lower pulley block, the corresponding upper pulley block and the corresponding transition pulley block and is finally wound on the corresponding winding drum set, so that rectangular winding is formed.
