The invention discloses a cross-type quay crane double-trolley steel wire rope winding system. The cross-type quay crane double-trolley steel wire rope winding system comprises an upper trolley lifting and winding system, an upper trolley walking and winding system, a lower trolley lifting and winding system and a lower trolley walking and winding system. An upper trolley lifting pulley block comprises twelve pulleys, the axes of the twelve pulleys are horizontal, the axes of the twelve pulleys are perpendicular to the girders, and a first upper trolley lifting pulley, a second upper trolley lifting pulley, a third upper trolley lifting pulley and a fourth upper trolley lifting pulley are arranged close to one girder; and a fifth upper trolley lifting pulley, a sixth upper trolley lifting pulley, a seventh upper trolley lifting pulley and an eighth upper trolley lifting pulley are arranged close to the other girder. The number of pulleys in the lifting pulley block is reduced, the winding mode of a lifting steel wire rope is simplified, arrangement of the steel wire rope is facilitated, and abrasion of the steel wire rope is reduced. Meanwhile, the lower trolley walking and winding system is optimized, the winding mode of the lower trolley walking steel wire ropes is simplified, interference between the steel wire ropes is avoided, and the stability of the quay crane structure is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种穿越式岸桥双小车钢丝绳缠绕系统,包括上小车起升缠绕系统、上小车行走缠绕系统、下小车起升缠绕系统和下小车行走缠绕系统。上小车起升滑轮组包括十二个轴线水平且轴线与大梁垂直的滑轮,第一上小车起升滑轮、第二上小车起升滑轮、第三上小车起升滑轮和第四上小车起升滑轮靠近一条大梁布置,第五上小车起升滑轮、第六上小车起升滑轮、第七上小车起升滑轮和第八上小车起升滑轮靠近另一条大梁布置。本发明减少了起升滑轮组中滑轮的数量,简化了起升钢丝绳的缠绕方式,便于钢丝绳布置,降低了钢丝绳的磨耗。同时优化下小车行走缠绕系统,简化下小车行走钢丝绳的缠绕方式,避免钢丝绳之间的干扰,有利于岸桥结构稳定。
